This isn’t an ordinary 10k, this is the 10th year of 10k forCrohns!

Come and celebrate our 10th year of 10k forCrohns! Bring your

family and friends and enjoy a 10k run or walk around the beautiful

and scenic surroundings of Hyde Park on Sunday 30th September 2012. 

The event caters for all abilities. 

 

After you’ve completed your 10k, stay to enjoy our 10th Birthday party in the park with food and live entertainment (all included as part of your entry fee).

- Peppa Pig will be there to greet our younger supporters

Registration

Please register in advance to book your place. 

Walker’s registration fee £15.  As part of the fee, you will receive tea, a t-shirt & entertainment. 

Runner’s registration fee £17.  Runners will also receive a chip timer and running number as well as tea, a t-shirt and entertainment.

£20 minimum sponsorship per person / £40 minimum sponsorship per family

(please bring the money on the day as cash, cheque or a print out of your Just Giving page)

 

The entrance fee only covers the cost of putting on this event, so we need every bit of sponsorship money raised to make a difference. Please, please, please raise as much sponsorship as you can. All monies raised go to funding research into Crohn’s disease.

Details for the Day

Timings: Registration from 11:00am, Run/Walk begins 12:00pm

Food: We will provide water for the run and a large tea afterwards, feel free to bring your own pack lunch if you can’t wait until then!
